...the fun thing about plugs in brazil... they recently changed from ones that could work with ours (two round prong style with skinny slits for our two prong), to new three round prong styles. so even brazilians need converters to use their own plugs and often need to macgyver a series of them for things to work. and you better have a surge protector with all the lightning storms!
